수감되어 형을 받는 과정은 단순히 범죄자 개인만의 절차가 아니다. 수감자들 모두는 누군가의 자녀, 부모, 동반자가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 그들의 가족은 수감자의 부재로 경험하게 되는 1차적 피해 뿐 아니라 불필요한 사회적인 편견으로 인해 2차적 피해를 경험하게 된다.

해당 작품은 가족의 모습을 통해 이를 암묵적으로 보여준다. 각기 다른 분위기의 표정을 띄고 있는 4인 구성원은 ‘가족’이란 결코 개인들을 나누는 한가지의 사회적 단위일 뿐, 그 이상의 의미는 동반되지 않는다는 사실을 상기시킨다.

The process of being imprisoned and sentenced is more than just an individual criminal procedure. Every prisoner is someone's child, parent, partner, and some are left behind. They experience secondary damage not only from the imprisonment of their families or people around them but also from unnecessary social prejudice.

The work shows this implicitly through the appearance of the family. The four members, each with a different atmosphere, reminds us of the fact that "family" is only one social unit that binds individuals and does not mean anything more.
